ក្រោមគម្រោងផ្តល់ផលរហ័ស ក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ

នៅថ្ងៃទី 01 ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ 2025 ស្ថានទូតឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា​ ដែល​ជាអ្នកតំណាង​ក្រសួងការបរទេសឥណ្ឌា និងក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ក្រោមគម្រោងផ្តល់​ផលប៉ះរហ័ស ចំនួនពីរ។ អនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយ ឯកឧត្តម Vanlalvawna Bawitlung ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និង លោកជំទាវ គឹម សេថានី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ​អចិន្ត្រៃយ៍​នៃ​ក្រសួង​ការអប់រំ ស្ថិត​ក្រោមវត្តមានដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ​ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត​សភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា។

គម្រោងទី១ គឺជាគម្រោងផ្តល់​ប្រព័ន្ធទឹកក្នុង​សាលារៀនដែលអាចទប់ទល់នឹងការ​ប្រែ​ប្រួល​អាកាសធាតុ ក្នុងខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ នឹងដំឡើងប្រព័ន្ធទឹកប្រើថាមពលពន្លឺព្រះអាទិត្យនៅក្នុងសាលាបឋមសិក្សាចំនួនប្រាំ ដោយធានាបាននូវសុវត្ថិភាព និងអាចទុកចិត្តបានក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ទឹកស្អាត ដែលជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការ​លើកកម្ពស់ការអនុវត្តអនាម័យ និងធន់នឹងអាកាសធាតុ។ គម្រោងទី២ គឺជា​គម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សាលារៀនគំរូស្តង់ដារក្នុងខេត្តកំពង់ចាម នឹងធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសាលារៀន អនាម័យ និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពរបស់នាយកសាលា និងគ្រូបង្រៀន អោយប្រែក្លាយសាលារៀនទៅជាបរិយាកាសសិក្សាគំរូ។

ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ 2015-16 រដ្ឋាភិបាលឥណ្ឌាបានផ្តល់គម្រោងផ្តល់ផលរហសចំនួន 69 ទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងវិស័យជាច្រើន​ ក្នុងនោះមានដូចជា វិស័យ​រអប់រំ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន កសិកម្ម សុខភាព អនាម័យ ការផ្តល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់ស្ត្រី និងបរិស្ថាន។ ក្នុងចំនោមនោះ គម្រោងចំនួន ០៨ ត្រូវបានអនុវត្តន៍ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការជាមួយក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ដោយផ្តល់ផល​ប្រយោជន៍​ផ្ទាល់​ដល់​សិស្សានុសិស្ស និងគ្រូបង្រៀនកម្ពុជា។

គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមទាំងនេះបញ្ជាក់នូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំរបស់ឥណ្ឌាចំពោះអាទិភាពនៃការ​អភិវឌ្ឍន៍​របស់កម្ពុជា និងបញ្ជាក់ពីទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាពដែលចាក់ឫសយ៉ាងជ្រៅរវាងប្រជា​ជាតិទាំងពីរ។

India and Cambodia Sign Two MoUs for

 Quick Impact Projects in Education Sector

On 01 October 2025, the Ministry of External Affairs of India, represented by the Embassy of India and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) of the Kingdom of Cambodia signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for the implementation of two Quick Impact Projects (QIPs). The MoUs were signed by H.E. Mr. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Kim Sethany, Permanent Secretary of State, MoEYS, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport.

The first project, the Climate-Resilient School Water System in Pursat Province, will install solar-powered water systems in five primary schools, ensuring safe and reliable access to clean water while promoting hygiene practices and climate resilience. The second, the Standard Model School Development Project in Kampong Cham Province, will upgrade school infrastructure, provide sanitation facilities, and build the capacity of principals and teachers, transforming the school into a model learning environment.

Since 2015-16, the Government of India has approved 69 Quick Impact Projects across Cambodia in diverse sectors including education, IT, agriculture, health, sanitation, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability. Of these, 08 projects have been implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, directly benefiting Cambodian schoolchildren and teachers.

 These initiatives reaffirm India’s strong commitment to Cambodia’s development priorities and highlight the deep-rooted friendship between the two nations.
