Types of Visa

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE VISA APPLICATION FORMS

Consular Officers may ask for more documents 

TOURIST VISA

  1. Photocopy of passport;
  2. Photocopy of valid Cambodian Visa;
  • Itinerary/ tentative air ticket
  1. Passport size photograph uploaded and one to be affixed at the top right of the visa application form
  2. Passport should be valid for at least 6 months with 3 blank pages
  3. All old passports

For Cambodians

  1. Photocopy of passport;
  2. itinerary/ tentative plane ticket
  • Passport size photograph uploaded and one to be affixed at the top right of the visa application form

CONFERENCE VISA


(I) Photocopy of passport (with original);
(ii) Photocopy of valid Cambodian Visa; (for non-Cambodians)
(iii) Itinerary/ tentative air ticket

(iv) Passport size photograph uploaded and one to be affixed at the top right of the visa application form
(v) Invitation letter from the organiser in India (also to be emailed to the Embassy by the organiser with copy of Registration of the Organisation on visa.phnompenh@mea.gov.in)

(vi) Nomination letter from the organisation in Cambodia (if applicable) (along with copy of Registraiton of the Organisation

(vii) Registration Certificate/ MOU from India/ Cambodia (also to be emailed to the Embassy by the organiser with copy of Registration of the Organisation)
(viii) Permission letters from relevant authorities in India – Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs (Foreigners Division), State Government / Nodal Ministry (only for non-governmental organizers in India).

BUSINESS VISA

  1. Photocopy of passport (with original);
  2. Photocopy of valid Cambodian Visa (only for non-Cambodians);
  • Itinerary/ tentative air ticket
  1. Passport size photograph to be uploaded and one to be affixed at the top right of the visa application form
  2. Applicant should be a domicile in Cambodia for at least two years (Documents from Ministry of Interior / Municipal authorities / legal agreements)
  3. Invitation letter from the Organisation/business entity in India with relevant copies of Registration Certificate (also to be emailed to the Embassy by the inviting organisation with to the Embassy on phnompenh@mea.gov.in)
  • Nomination Letter from the business entity/ organisation in Cambodia with relevant copies of Registration Certificates from India/ Cambodia
  • MoU between the two business entities/Partner organisations.
  1. Six months bank / financial statement of the applicant/ or nominating organization
  2. Consular Officers may ask for more details & documents.

EMPLOYMENT VISA

  1. Photocopy of passport;
  2. Photocopy of valid Cambodian Visa (for non-Cambodians);
  • Passport size photograph to be uploaded and one to be affixed at the top of the visa application form
  1. Applicant should be a domicile in Cambodia for at least two years
    (Documents from Ministry of Interior / Municipal authorities / legal agreements)
  2. Salary in excess of US $ 25000per annum (other than ethnic cooks, language teachers (other than English language teachers) / translators and staff working for concerned Embassy / High Commission in India.
  3. Non availability of Indian national for the particular job (certificate needs to be furnished by the employer in India with copies of newspaper advertisements in two national newspapers)

ENTRY VISA

  1. Photocopy of passport;
  2. Photocopy of valid Cambodian Visa (for non-Cambodians);
  • Passport size photograph to be affixed at the top of the visa application form
  1. Invitation letter from the Organisation in India
  2. Photocopy of tentative air ticket
  3. Duly attested/ appostiled Marriage certificate issued by competent authority for foreign spouse of Indian national or in case of minor applicant, proof of Indian parent.

MEDICAL VISA

  1. Photocopy of passport (with original);
  2. Photocopy of valid Cambodian Visa (non-Cambodians);
  • Passport size photograph to be uploaded and one to be affixed at the top of the visa application form
  1. Recommendation / referral letter from Local Cambodian Hospital/Doctor
  2. Invitation letter from the relevant hospital in India and Invitation letter (Medical/AYUSH Visa generated online)
  3. Relevant Medical papers showing the illness
  • Tentative travel schedule
  • Bank A/c statement for last one month.
