Requirements for Passport Renewal

Supporting documents to be attached with the passport application:

Register yourself, then fill up online form for Renewal of Passport and submit it.

  • Downloaded copy of Passport Application Form after online submission
  • Photographs (3) with white background of size 2”x2” (one affixed on application form and two separate photographs) – face should cover 75% of the photograph
  • Copy of passport ( front and back pages)
  • Copy of Cambodian valid visa other than Tourist Visa
  • Original Passport
  • Letter of Employment on Company letter head
  • Employment contract containing: Name, Designation, Salary, Contract Start/End date.
  • House Lease/ Rent Agreement (if in Khmer, also with English translation) certified by the local authority
  • Bank Statement
  • Valid Work Permit
  • Registration Certificate of the Company (Incorporation Certificate & Patent Tax)
  • Consular officers may ask for more documents if needed.
  • Birth Certificate and/or school enrollment certificates in r/o minors
